Files are released after payment clears. Venmo transfers can take 1–3 business days to settle. Your edit starts when it lands, and your gallery goes live within 1–3 business days of full payment.
What happens next
- I confirm the date. Within 48 hours I'll check I'm free for your event and message you either way. If I can't make it, you get every penny back.
- Your payment clears. Usually 1–3 business days with Venmo.
- I confirm your payment. A separate message from me quoting your Contract ID.
- I shoot the event. Nothing needed from you.
- Editing. Color correction and adjustment on every keeper.
- Gallery link. Private and password protected, within 1–3 business days of full payment.
- Download and back up. The gallery expires after 90 days.
